Founder & CEO

Beginning as an Independent Representative, Eric excelled in expanding sales channels across North America within the home improvement and decor sectors.

His talent for acquiring new retail and distribution partners paved the way for his impactful consulting career, where he has become known for solving complex sales challenges for mid-market companies.

His aptitude for designing and executing go-to-market strategies, along with building high-performing sales organizations often resulted in demand that maximized the operational capacity of his client organizations.

Most recently, he developed a go-to-market strategy for a consumer electronics brand where he built and led a sales team that acquired a comprehensive, continent-wide network of channel partners reaching consumer, government, and business markets.

His passion for learning inspired him to create transformative training programs for organizations like Sauder School of Business, the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, KPMG, and other leading organizations.

With years of leading monthly peer group meetings for the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association, Eric has been instrumental in creating a supportive environment for industry leaders to navigate and solve critical business issues.
